Amit Vaserman, MBA, M.Ed., B.Sc., is the Engineering Education Project Manager for the College of Engineering at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He leads statewide initiatives focused on expanding engineering access and opportunity for rural and underrepresented students through strategic partnerships with schools, industry, and community organizations. With over a decade of experience in education leadership, program development, and STEM outreach, Amit has managed large-scale educational programs in both Israel and the United States. He currently leads Nebraska’s rural engineering outreach efforts and co-directs AI adoption initiatives within the College of Engineering, helping faculty and staff integrate emerging AI technologies into teaching, administration, and workforce development.
