As the Emerging Technologies Coordinator for NU ITS, Angie helps the university explore and adopt new technologies in practical, people-centered ways. Her work focuses on making tools like artificial intelligence approachable for everyday use – helping staff save time, reduce repetitive tasks, and better support students and colleagues.
At the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Angie also serves as the Micro-Credentials and Digital Badging Coordinator, leading efforts to recognize skills through flexible learning pathways. She also has worked as a Nebraska Extension Technology Specialist, supporting staff across the state with technology training and workflow improvements.
Angie is passionate about helping others feel confident using emerging tools. Through workshops and collaboration, she aims to make technologies like AI accessible, useful, and easy to integrate into daily work.
