Ben Lass has been working in ITS since 2016. He started out processing Scantron test and evaluation bubble-sheets, and has moved on to administrating course evaluations across campus, facilitating the new faculty led bubble-sheet software, Akindi, and has recently started providing support for Qualtrics survey software.
