I work as a Research Scientist and Project Manager for the Center for Science Mathematics, and Computer Education, helping manage and conduct research across four grant-funded projects, including NSF- and USDA-funded initiatives. Among these projects, I collaborate with cross-institutional teams, and this experience has helped me strengthen my communication and coordination skills by learning to work with different perspectives, personalities, working styles, and rhythms.
