Celeste Spier, Ph.D., currently works at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as the Director of Organizational Development. In this role, Spier builds and delivers professional development and mentorship programs for the 4,000+ staff members across campus. She has worked at UNL since 2008 previously as an academic advisor and career coach. Spier holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, and Ph.D. in educational leadership. She is also a certified Gallup strengths coach.
