Christina Franklin, CEOE, is an Administrative Associate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she serves as Assistant to a Department Head and is known for building systems that support excellence, clarity, and collaboration. With a deep commitment to professional growth, Christina believes educational office professionals are not simply support staff – they are strategic partners in advancing institutional mission and culture.
Christina currently serves as Vice President of the National Association of Educational Office Professionals (NAEOP) and has held multiple leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels. She is a champion for professional development, leadership pipelines, and creating intentional spaces where office professionals can grow, connect, and lead with confidence.
A Certified Educational Office Employee (CEOE), Christina is passionate about empowering others to pursue credentials, expand their influence, and recognize the vital role they play within educational systems. Her presentations blend humor, practical strategy, and reflective insight – always with the goal of helping others grow with intention and lead with confidence.
Christina lives in Nebraska with her husband, Darren, and their son, Joel, and believes that excellence is best cultivated in community.
