Christine Davis holds an M.A. in Management from UNL and an MFA in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts. She taught full-time for five years as a member of the adjunct faculty in English at Doane University in Crete. She brings more than 25 years of experience as a mentor and knows firsthand the transformative experience of forming a partnership based on strengths and passion. As the lead trainer for TeamMates Mentoring of Lincoln, she has trained more than 1,000 mentors from all walks of life, including members of the UNL athletics staff. They leave training empowered and energized to create and cultivate strengths-based mentoring relationships.
