Dena Noe has a passion for marketing but is focused on making sure the member comes first at her credit union. Ms. Noe is the Vice President of Member Experience at the University of Nebraska Federal Credit Union. She has a Bachelor of Journalism degree in advertising as well as an M.A. in marketing, communications, and advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Ms. Noe has worked at the credit union for 12 years but has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her position she is the champion for the member as she directs marketing efforts to educate members on products and services that fit their needs. She leads all aspects of retail sales and services and is accountable for meeting all strategic and financial goals of the credit union. Financial literacy is part of the credit union’s mission, and a responsibility Ms. Noe works hard to achieve with speaking engagements at UNL and various schools in the area. The credit union also provides lunch and learn seminars covering financial planning, Wills, paying for college and identity theft. Along with work she does at the credit union, she is the past president of the Great Plains Trails Network Board of Directors where she chairs two fundraisers, Trail Trek and Lincoln Trail-A-Thon.
