Before transitioning into higher education, Gina built a career in leadership and operations, focusing on training, presenting, networking, and supporting franchise owners in building successful businesses. This professional background informs their practical approach to helping students and families understand complex processes and make confident decisions.

Gina earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern Connecticut State University. Outside of work, family is at the center of their life. They are the proud parents of a junior studying mechanical engineering and a dedicated dance mom to two daughters who compete in dance. They also enjoy live music, theatre and musicals, and hosting game nights with friends.
