Dr. Jennifer PeeksMease serves as the Director of Faculty Success with Faculty Affairs in the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor. She came to UNL in 2022 to serve at the Assistance Vice Chancellor of Inclusive Leadership and Learning. In that role she established the #NCLUDE program and led the strategy for Inclusive Excellence learning opportunities that served students, staff, faculty, and citizens of Nebraska. She earned her Ph.D. in organizational and cultural communication University of North Carolina. In all aspects of life she strives to create the conditions under which people can be the best versions of themselves and to practice courageous humility.
