Jordan leads the peer mentor program and Study Stop tutoring, driving significant growth in student engagement. He has also helped develop the CAST Coaching model, which supported over 2,700 students in 2024. Spending more than five years with CAST, Jordan is passionate about supporting Gen Z students and staff, providing authentic, adaptable support to help them thrive and reach their full potential
