Kelli Woods holds a B.A. in English and an M.Ed in Educational Administration with a Specialization in Student Affairs from UNL. She was a Residence Hall Director at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater for 4 years before returning to UNL for a 10-year career in Residence Life. As a Residence Director, Assistant-Director of Residence Life for Supervision, and then the Assistant-Director of Residence Life for Staff Recruitment, Selection, and Training, she formally and informally mentored hundreds of students. In her role as a Community Outreach Specialist with TeamMates Mentoring of Lincoln she enjoys discussing the benefits of mentoring with current and prospective mentors.
