Lisa Kaslon is the Professional Development Coordinator for Nebraska Extension, where she creates and leads training that support the growth and development of faculty and staff statewide. With 29 years in Extension and experience in multiple leadership roles, she brings a practical, people-centered approach to helping others learn and develop. Lisa also shares her expertise with organizations across Nebraska.

She holds a B.A. in English Education, an M.S. in Leadership Education, and a Ph.D. in Human Sciences with a focus on Leadership Development. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, and all things outdoors. She is married with two grown sons.
