Lora Ives is an alumnus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  She also holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Doane University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration. With more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including a decade serving as Assistant Director of Continuing Education at Southeast Community College, Lora has dedicated her career to building high-performing teams, expanding access to educational opportunities, and empowering individuals to recognize and reach their full potential. A passionate advocate for professional development, Lora brings both practical expertise and genuine enthusiasm for helping others grow to everything they do.
