Marc Pearce was named associate to the chancellor for institutional equity and compliance in April 2022 after serving as interim associate to the chancellor since August 2021. 
 
Pearce is a 1999 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law. He also earned a Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Nebraska in 2008. Prior to accepting the role of Interim Associate to the Chancellor for Institutional Equity and Compliance, he served as Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Administration at the College of Law. Before that, Dr. Pearce served as law clerk to the Honorable Warren K. Urbom, Senior United States District Court Judge, for nearly fourteen years.
