Margaret is a Communication and Event Specialist at the Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction within the College of Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She leads strategic communications, event planning, and engagement initiatives that elevate institutional visibility and strengthen connections among students, faculty, alumni, and industry partners.

With a background in higher education and media, Margaret brings a storytelling-driven approach to amplifying impact across academic communities. She previously served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Nebraska Wesleyan University, teaching undergraduate Communication Studies.

Margaret holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Media Communications from UNL. Her experience also includes supporting global programs such as the Mandela Washington Fellowship and leading media and marketing communications in the energy sector as a former Director at Majorwaves Communications and Editor of the Majorwaves Energy Report and Orient Energy Review.
