Mollie Rappl-Cleveland is a higher education professional with nine years of experience supporting student success at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL). A proud Nebraska native and first-generation Husker alumna, Mollie is passionate about helping students and professional staff develop their skills, identify their strengths, and grow with confidence. Currently, Mollie serves as an Associate Director in Housing, overseeing student services in the residence halls, managing a team of student employees, and supervising a group of professionals. 

Her work centers on empowering individuals through meaningful mentorship and leadership development. She is a strong advocate for the value of on-campus employment as a vital stepping-stone to future career opportunities and professional networking. Her work reflects a commitment to creating inclusive and empowering environments where individuals can thrive, make connections and build lifelong skills.

Outside of her role at UNL, Mollie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, walking her dog, and exploring the outdoors through glamping. Her personal and professional experiences uniquely position her to support and inspire others navigating their own higher education journeys.
