Natalie Becerra (she/her) is deeply committed to the power of connection and considers it one of her core values. She views connection as a cornerstone of personal and professional growth and is passionate about helping others discover and nurture the connections that bring purpose and fulfillment to their lives - whether through fostering meaningful relationships or expanding their network. Natalie is currently the Career Development Specialist in the College of Journalism & Mass Communications where she helps students develop professional skills and find their path. With a decade of experience in leadership facilitation for Launch Leadership, a local nonprofit, and active involvement in community-driven organizations like the Lincoln Young Professionals Group and RISE Lincoln, Natalie brings a wealth of insight to this session. 
She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising & Public Relations and is currently pursuing a M.A. in Leadership Education and a Personal Leadership Certificate from UNL. She hopes to use this knowledge to inspire and develop the potential she sees in those she works with. Natalie is also a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and an enthusiast of personal assessments. Her top 5 CliftonStrengths are Communication, Individualization, Woo, Achiever, and Futuristic.
