As Director of the Center for Academic Success and Transition (CAST), Rob has dedicated his career to creating meaningful support systems for students and staff alike. At UNL, he has expanded transfer programming, enhanced academic coaching, and strengthened the CAST four-day summer bridge program—growing its impact and making it more robust to better serve incoming students. With years of experience as both an instructor and a staff leader, Rob possesses unique insight into the habits, mindsets, and motivations of Gen Z students and staff.
