I have worked in the Student Accounts Office for 37 years, holding several positions during that time. Dealing with student bills has given me insight into students and parents' lives, during some of their most stressful times; and allowed me to offer alternative solutions to their panic.
And while dealing with stress at work & stress in my family was added to my daily routine. I learned some ways to cope and to ease the stress.
