Dr. Yusong Li is the Associate Dean for Faculty and Inclusion in the College of Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), where she provides strategic leadership in faculty development, mentoring, and inclusive excellence. With a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Dr. Li has led initiatives to streamline faculty evaluation processes, launch cross-departmental mentoring programs, and implement initiatives promoting inclusive excellence. She completed leadership training through the Executive Leadership in Academic Technology, Engineering, and Science (ELATES) program at Drexel University, the Big Ten Academic Alliance Academic Leadership Program (ALP), and the Faculty Leadership in Academia: From Inspiration to Reality (FLAIR) program at UNL. Dr. Li actively participates in UNL's #NCLUDE initiative, anchoring multiple groups focused on women in higher education and leadership.
